Ever since we saw Biden travel to Europe it certainly appears he is not doing well and a ceremony in Virginia confirmed Biden’s cognitive decline is worse than feared.
“I’m deeply proud of the work [Jill is] doing as the first lady with Joining Forces initiative she started with Michelle Obama when she was vice president,” Biden said.
As Biden delivered his remarks the camera was on Jill Biden hoping to catch a look of devotion however the gaffe caused her to look in disgust.

What was incredibly curious was that the President was introducing this wife to speak and not the other way around. At least on paper Biden is the commander in chief and it was odd he did not headline the event.
In perfect Joe Biden, fashion things got even worse when it appeared Joe fell asleep while holding a saute during a gun salute that was part of the event.
In the clip below you’ll notice his eyes are closed and Joe begins to drift off. Then you’ll see Biden catch himself, blink, and his hand twitches as he wakes himself back up.

Nile Gardiner from the UK Telegraph commented that our allies in Europe are getting nervous when they see clips like this.
“Biden’s evidently declining memory and increasingly confused state of mind is a growing concern for our Allies across the Atlantic and across the world, esp. at a time of great crisis in Europe and mounting threats from our adversaries. This is increasingly a presidency in chaos,” he wrote.
