The war in Ukraine has been horrific. Millions of Ukrainians have fled the country. The Russian army is leaving a path of destruction in its path. There have been numerous war crimes already committed.
In an open interview, Kamala Harris indicated that investigations would be pending into such crimes. That’s another in a long list of Harris blunders. Everyone can see what’s happening with their own two eyes.
It’s sort of like the southern border crisis, something else the Biden administration put Harris in charge of, which is real. That’s despite the same types of befuddling insinuations the left uses that try to suggest that what’s real really isn’t real.
Acts by the Russian army already meet and far exceed the threshold necessary for war crimes. As always, Kamala Harris is both ill-prepared and woefully inept. During Harris’ worthless visit to Poland, even more alarming news broke out of the United Kingdom.
UK officials have confirmed reports that Russia is using thermobaric weapons in Ukraine. Thermobaric weapons are also known as vacuum bombs. These bombs can cause widespread destruction.
These bombs are essentially designed to target only military compounds or troop clusters. They cause a terrifying manner of death. Many believe that, even their use against military targets crosses a red line.
The bombs are called “vacuum bombs” because the impact sucks the air out of everything in their vicinity, including the lungs. Thermobaric bombs explode in two stages. They essentially vaporize the human body. The first stage of a thermobaric explosion emits an aerosol.
This aerosol is made of carbon-based fuel and powered metal particles. When the second stage triggers, it ignites this combustible material. Once the initial explosion ends, it creates a low-pressure area, a vacuum, which then sucks oxygen back toward the original explosion.
This explosion causes a massive fireball, followed by a shock wave. The vacuum is so intense that it essentially vaporizes all the surrounding oxygen in the air. Henceforth, it’s called a vacuum bomb. The effects are horrific.
The death and devastation these bombs cause is unthinkable. A retired U.S. Army colonel, David Johnson, says the type of thermobaric weapon Russia is using in Ukraine is the TOS-1A multiple rocket launcher. This bomb has a range of 2.5 miles.
The blast radius from this thermobaric bomb is approximately 1,000 feet. Johnson said, “Everything inside that area would be vaporized, essentially.” He added, “It’s just a horrible, devastating weapon.”
Florida Senator Marco Rubio warned that Russia’s use of TOS-1 thermobaric bombs is “a war crime aimed at terrorizing and slaughtering people into submission.” This recent shift towards such a destructive weapon reveals the struggles the Russian army has encountered.
The Russian MoD has confirmed the use of the TOS-1A weapon system in Ukraine. The TOS-1A uses thermobaric rockets, creating incendiary and blast effects.

The Ukrainian people have fought back valiantly. But how long can they continue to resist against such a ruthless army, one armed with weapons from which there is no escape? We seem to be fast approaching a moment when the Western world must make a decision.
We hope it’s made with clear heads. The ramifications could cause something the world has never witnessed. There has never been a global conflict where so much military firepower has been available. We hope there never is. A nuclear conflict will not have a pleasant ending.
