Woke liberals were already furious that the CDC’s mask mandate for public transportation was found to be illegal in federal court.
Blue checkmark woke liberal Doctor Eric Feigl-Ding, a DC area epidemiologist and lockdown lover said he was going to boycott airlines until they reimpose a mask requirement.
“Smoking and nonsmoking parts of the plane? Peeing and nonpeeing parts of the swimming pool? That’s like the coronavirus on an airplane,’ he wrote on social media, adding: ‘I will not be flying @AlaskaAir until they reinstate public safety measures against #COVID19. #BoycottAlaskaAir.”

The next day the Biden administration was trying to pick up the pieces. It had been rumored that they didn’t want to extend the mandate but did so anyway through May 3, 2022. They cited that they wanted to monitor cases of the new Omicron variant before they removed the CDC mandate meanwhile others like Dr. Fauci said the mandate should remain in place well past May 3rd.

During a press gaggle on Air Force One as the President was departing for New Hampshire Press Secretary Psaki said that the administration is considering a challenge to the ruling but would take some time to make a decision. She then added, “The CDC continues to advise and recommend masks on airplanes. We’re abiding by the CDC recommendations, the president is, and we would advise all Americans to do that.”
Once on the ground reporters asked Biden if people should continue wearing a face covering on a plane and he uttered three words that shocked liberals and Fauci. The President said three things are a covidian is never supposed to say, “it’s up to them.”
Biden says it’s “up to” Americans whether they want to wear masks on planes.
