Several major Fox News commentators who have vocally opposed COVID-19 vaccination restrictions are planning an in-person Fox Nation event that demands guests to get vaccinated or produce documentation of a negative coronavirus test.
Fox & Friends co-host Pete Hegseth encouraged his viewers to “come in person to support our patriots and celebrate our great Republic together” at the Fox Nation Patriot Awards on November 17th in Hollywood, Florida. He also said that some of the cable network’s top personalities, including Sean Hannity, Tucker Carlson, Laura Ingraham, Dan Bongino, and the Fox & Friends hosts, would be in attendance.
The vaccine-or-test requirement was contained in the email’s small print at the bottom.
“Attendees must show either a COVID vaccine card OR proof of a negative COVID test taken 72 hours prior to the event in order to gain entrance,” it read.

The event will include “book signings, photo opportunities, giveaways, and live show tapings” and will benefit the veterans-focused nonprofit Building Homes for Heroes Foundation. The price of a ticket ranges from $125 to $500 per person.
The coronavirus policy for the event is comparable to Fox Corp’s staff policy. Fox News requires all on-site staff to be vaccinated or tested on a daily basis. The network has requested its staff to disclose their vaccination status, and as of September, around 90% of its employees have been vaccinated.

The COVID-19 policy of the firm completely contradicts what many of the network’s most popular presenters have been arguing for months. Carlson has linked vaccination mandates to “Jim Crow” racial segregation laws, and he has long promoted inaccurate and misleading information regarding vaccine research.
He and other hosts often criticize President Joe Biden’s vaccination-or-test policy for major corporations, as well as the military and other government workers and contractors’ vaccine compulsion. Carlson, on the other hand, refuses to declare if he’s been vaccinated publicly and refuses to address his own employer’s vaccination policy, which is tighter than Biden’s mandate for the private sector.

Tucker said on a conservative podcast last month, “I’m not qualified to speak for the company on this because I don’t run the company.”
Sean Hannity, although routinely condemning such rules on air, has likewise declined to comment about his own network’s vaccine-or-test ultimatum.
Just got an email from Fox Nation, inviting me to join Fox hosts like Tucker, Hannity, Ingraham, and Bongino “in person” at their awards show.

Rawstory is reporting that in an expose by the Australian Broadcasting Corporation, retired Lt. Col. Ralph Peters described his time as a Fox News military analyst during the Trump administration.
The title of the special was, “Fox and the Big Lie: Trump returns to campaign trail amid ‘stolen election’ lawsuits.”
my favourite part of #4Corners was when Lt. Col. Ralph Peters said the green room at #foxnews was like the bar scene in the first star wars move. more and more bizarre. these people were freaks. #gop @FoxNews #trump #GOPHypocrisy #GOPTraitors #GOPTraitorsToDemocracy

“The green room over the last several years into the Trump administration, when I left, the guests got more and more bizarre, more distasteful,” Peters said of the room where TV talking heads wait for their turn in front of the cameras.
“The Green Room started to be like the bar scene in the first Star Wars film,” he explained. “These people are freaks. Ah, and then you realize, you’re one of the freaks!”

An off-camera Australian Broadcasting Corporation reporter asked what he meant by freaks.
“People with no qualifications who could not even speak cogently, who could only speak the lines they’d memorized praising Trump, as though he were a heathen God that had to be appeased with slavish rhetoric,” Peters explained.
