President Biden And Trump Clash Head-On – After Joe Blames Donald, 45 Calls Him On It, Gives Joe’s Failures

What’s Happening:

President Biden hasn’t been saying a lot on Christmas and New Year’s, but he made sure to take some time out of his break to tell Americans what they have to do.

But Joe did find time, today, to give a speech attacking Donald Trump. The president (who has a 35% approval rating and is lower than Trump’s) tried to smear a man he fears will run again due to what happened on January 6, 2021.

Biden recently made more accusations against Trump and suggested that he is a liar. One of Biden’s main criticisms of Trump is how he values “power over principle.”

Isn’t this the same man who threatened to drive 100 million Americans out of their jobs over a mandate? But, rest assured, Donald Trump did not take this lying down.

From Fox News:

Former President Donald Trump responded to President Biden’s sharp criticism in a Jan. 6 speech, saying his Democratic successor is trying to distract from his record.

Biden “used my name today to try to further divide America,” Trump said in a statement. “This political theater is all just a distraction for the fact Biden has completely and totally failed.”

Hard words from 45. But Donald wasn’t done:

“Our Country no longer has Borders, has totally and completely lost control of Covid (record numbers!), is no longer Energy Independent, Inflation is rampant, our Military is in chaos, and our exit, or surrender, from Afghanistan was perhaps the most embarrassing day in the long and distinguished history of the United States—and so much more,” Trump continued.

Trump issued a response to Biden’s speech that even liberals found hard to deny. He exposed Biden’s divisive attack, saying it was simply political theatre.

The 45th president called out Biden’s “totally failed” administration (which is currently on life support as staffers flee to the hills). Trump went on to list some of the many failures triggered by Biden.

He pointed out our destroyed Southern border, Biden’s failures on the virus, and our loss of energy independence (thanks directly to Biden’s policies). Trump slammed Biden for his runaway inflation, chaos in the military, the botched Afghanistan withdrawal, and “so much more.”

The Democrats should be able to point to Biden’s own handling of things as a criticism. He leaves quite a legacy. These were no coincidences, but direct results from Biden’s own decisions.

Joe says “the buck stops here” and then immediately blames everything on Trump. His administration wasted 2021, running to put out the fires it started. Of course, they only made the problems much worse.

Biden has no legs to stand on. So, he gave a pointless, partisan, and divisive speech instead of taking the opportunity to help unite the country.

Why would he waste time attacking a man who is no longer in office (and has the support of over 75 million Americans)? Because he’s got nothing left. Biden had “success” in 2020 because he could attack Trump.

But without Trump to yell at, he and the Democrats have nothing. Failed Democrat candidate for Virginia governor tried to attack Trump. How did that work out for him? Democrats have no ideas for our country, just mountains of hate for a man loved by millions.

It’s really quite pathetic.

Key Takeaways:

  • Joe Biden gave a speech blaming J6 on Donald Trump.
  • Trump fired back calling the speech “political theater.”
  • The 45th president listed the many failures and crises caused by Biden.
