Apparent backlash against Democratic representatives for controversial comments is manifesting itself in newly dominant House Majority Leader Kevin McCarthy’s threats to remove them from committees following the 2018 midterm elections.

Over the last few years, key Democrats have been hit with major scandals. House members have been outed for inappropriate behavior or compromising relationships. Yet, despite these disgraceful revelations, Nancy Pelosi has done nothing about it. She has even refused to remove these compromised and biased Democrats from powerful House committees.
But the republicans might not be in power next year. There’s a good chance they’ll retake congress. I hear Kevin McCarthy is going to be elected Speaker of the House, and he has indicated his intent to make some big changes.

House GOP Leader Kevin McCarthy told Breitbart News that as speaker of the House he would strip Reps. Adam Schiff (D-CA) and Eric Swalwell (D-CA) of their assignments on the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence (HPSCI) and Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN) of her committee assignment on the House Foreign Affairs Committee.
If elected Speaker, Republican Kevin McCarthy said he would remove disgraced Democrats from their committee posts. He specifically named Adam Schiff, Eric Swalwell, and Ilhan Omar. All three of these Democrats have been accused of suspicious behavior. Yet they still serve on powerful committees and have access to sensitive information.
Schiff has been caught in numerous scandals. During investigations against Donald Trump, Schiff’s connection to “whistleblowers” has been questioned. He also claimed to have evidence proving Trump’s guilty, only to be found lying. Most recently, he was caught altering evidence during the J6 “commission” to make Republicans look bad.
Eric Swalwell was caught in a relationship with a known Chinese spy and the FBI had to get involved. He was not punished and remains on the House Intelligence Committee, which handles top-secret information.
And we all know about Ilhan Omar. The far-left progress has long been critical of the United States and our closest ally, Israel. She has never been reprimanded for her anti-Israel statements and her support of the anti-Semitic BDS movement. She has also shown support for known enemy groups, yet still serves on the House Foreign Affairs Committee.
These people serve on committees & their posts will be in use soon? They are known to be unfit. However, Pelosi is doing this because they are Dems. If McCarthy gets his promotion, all these people will be removed from power
