Insane Allegations Made Against Hugh Hefner in New Docuseries

Hugh Hefner is famous for his wildly popular and provocative male publication. Hefner led an exotically carefree lifestyle. Nonetheless, some recent claims have revealed some unsavory revelations about the deceased eccentric.

Upon his death, Hefner left behind an estate estimated at around $50 million. Other reports indicate Hefner’s net worth reached $200 million at various points during his life. An 80 percent drop in the value of his well-known men’s magazine wiped out a chunk of his fortune.

However, these new accusations may carve away at his posthumous popularity. Hefner spent his life mingling in high-society circles. He owned multiple private clubs around the world. The media frequently tracked Hefner’s exploits.

The millionaire swinger was known for his debonair personality as a lady’s man. A&E just premiered a 10-part documentary series about a few more secret parts of Hefner’s life. Some found certain revelations more startling than expected.

Upon his death in 2017, the 91-year-old Hefner held a unique spot as the “quintessential macho male”. Hefner is remembered well for sitting in an exquisitely carved chair, donning exotic silk pajamas while smoking trademark his pipe.

Everyone knew what Hugh Hefner represented. However, the A&E series has unearthed a rather dark side to the eccentric millionaire. Women interviewed for the documentary say there were some unsavory practices going on behind the gilded walls of Hefner’s mansion.

His parties were always understood to be lavishly provocative. But a few of these former “house bunnies” say the level of depravity and hedonism were never talked about. These women claim a lot of bad stuff happened during Hefner’s extravagant festivities.

There were claims of rаpe. Others said that acts of bestiality happened behind the mansion walls. One woman said it was a “cult-like” atmosphere. She indicated it was evident that Hefner thought he owned these women.

She grieved the environment as toxic, saying some women “overdosed or committed suicide.” There was even one rather bizarre incident where Hefner is said to have been intimate with a dog. We’re not sure how much of the new series was designed for “shock and awe”.

Nevertheless, many of the revelations were documented. While there is no real way to fully accredit all the insinuations, collectively they cast an ominous shadow over Hefner’s massive following. It provides a sense that everything wasn’t on the “up-and-up”.

Hefner’s men’s magazine peaked in 1971, with seven-million copies sold. It was one of the most successful publications in history. It embodied both “eroticism and fine art”. However, his lifestyle may have embodied a few unsavory practices.

In October 2020, Hefner’s enterprise merged with Mountain Crest Acquisition Corp. The merger was finalized in February 2021. The company trades on the NASDAQ. Nevertheless, despite the new image, the A&E series casts Hefner’s legacy in a questionable light.

The company issued a statement, “Together we are building upon the aspects of our legacy that have made a positive impact, including serving as a platform for free expression and a convener of safe conversations on ѕex, inclusion and freedom.”

And upon the release of the unflattering documentary about Hefner, it seemed logical that the company would mention that it no longer has any association with the Hefner family. Is this a nice cover-up or good business sense? Either way, it’s good common sense.
