First, it was testing now a debacle surrounding monoclonal antibodies has Americans in an uproar.
There were thousands of Americans in line to get monoclonal antibodies during the month of December that had serious coronavirus infections however they never got them.
In early December the CDC drastically overestimated the amount of Omicron variant infection in the USA. Initially, the CDC reported that 73.2% of US infections on December 18, 2021, were Omicron. That number has been revised to 22.5% however, their report on the 18th caused a trickled down effect the hurt Americans suffering from the coronavirus.
Since the CDC reported that 73% of COVID cases were the Omicron variant and the antibodies treatment is ineffective against they pulled the drug. Meaning if you were in line to get the treatment suffering from the Delta variant you didn’t get it. The Biden run CDC’s error caused thousands of Americans to needlessly suffer and die.
CDC’s estimate for the prevalence of Omicron last week dropped significantly from 73.2% w/ a 95% prediction interval of 34-94.9% down to 22.5% w/ a 95% prediction interval of 15.4-31.5%.

People on both sides of the aisle are furious, former Trump and Obama officials are scratching their heads wondering what the heck is going on at the CDC.
“I love the CDC. Grew up wanting to work there and have been one of their most ardent defenders. I never dreamed the day would come when I would advise people NOT to follow their guidance,” former US surgeon general Jerome Adams said in a tweet on Tuesday. “They wouldn’t even follow it for their own family.”
Florida Attorney General Joseph Ladapo hammered the Biden administration.
“The sudden suspension of multiple monoclonal antibody therapy treatments from distribution to Florida removes a health care provider’s ability to decide the best treatment options for their patients in their state,” the letter read, criticizing the “shortsightedness” of the Biden administration.

The decision is leading to shortages all over the country.
Even far-left Senator Richard Blumenthal is demanding the federal government assist locals with testing.

This is a tidal wave of failure and should the Republicans take the House it’s possible that Biden’s latest debacles may be the catalyst that leads to his impeachment.
