Biden Considers Using ‘Nuclear Option’ On Kamala – Joe Sees An Opening To Get Rid Of His Vice-President In SCOTUS Retirement

Supreme Court Justice Stephen Breyer will be retiring. The man served on the court for decades. But the only thing the left cares about is shoving someone on the bench to replace him. This will in no way impact the court’s conservative majority. But the only thing the left seems to care about is pushing racial politics.

Members of the progressive “Squad” have quickly responded to news of Supreme Court Justice Stephen Breyer’s retirement by calling for a Black woman to take his place.

“It is past time for a Black woman to be named to the Supreme Court,” Rep. Cori Bush, D-Mo., tweeted on Wednesday.

I guess progressives only care about a person’s skin color. Demands that Biden picks a woman of color have given rise to the ludicrous possibility that Biden would use the opportunity to get rid of Kamala Harris.

There is nothing in the Constitution that prevents President Joe Biden from nominating his vice president to the Supreme Court…

This might be a perfect opportunity for Biden to reset the board by promoting the former California senator and state attorney general up, so to speak.

This, of course, would allow Biden to get rid of this “dead weight.” But it would lead to many other problems for his failing administration.

Breyer is expected to stay on through the end of the current Supreme Court term this summer. The White House is likely to nominate a replacement shortly after that, but the confirmation process will eat up much of 2022’s legislative calendar as Democrats prioritize Biden’s nominee while they still hold a slim majority in the Senate.

It’s impossible that Biden’s handlers aren’t looking at this news as a chance to salvage his broken administration. But no matter what the administration decides, he is not going to win. And it’s largely due to Biden’s desperation to appeal to the far left.

Progressives are demanding Biden nominate a black woman to replace Breyer. This might be a no-brainer because Biden is losing ground with black voters. He might assume this will win over black Americans—or be seen as a pathetic attempt at pandering to them.

Some suggest that he picks Kamala Harris. After all, she is a woman of color. But she is hardly qualified to serve on the highest court in the land. The only real reason they’d do it is to remove her from the administration. But it would make removing Biden all the more attractive since Harris would no longer be his replacement.

No matter who the administration picks, there is going to be a long battle in the Senate. There is no way Republicans will approve of Joe’s pick. This means the process will be dragged out for a long time. It will derail any attempts by Democrats to push a “scaled-down” version of his spending bill.

Democrats might fight for months to approve a radical activist to the bench, only to lose. And, in doing so, prevent the Senate from getting anything else done. It’s obvious Breyer’s retirement was timed to help Biden’s failing presidency. But it is clearly a lose-lose for him and his party.

No matter what they decide, it will hurt their agenda. A new justice won’t erase 12 months of crisis, inflation, failure, and the trampling of Americans’ constitutional liberties.
