Not really sure what to make of this one.
It really boggles the mind that people who behave in this manner are considered leaders.
I don’t agree with them but you don’t see other members of the squad like Rep. Ilhan Omar or Rep. Jayapal doing dumb stuff like this.
Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez posted a video showing herself dunk her face into ice water to “de-stress” and it may prove she’s about as crazy as Joe.
AOC wrote, “Ok so no lie I have been very very stressed out lately and today I found myself staying in a stressful mental pattern that was just creating more stress for myself. I wanted to interrupt that.”
“Riley and I read previously that dunking your face in a bowl of ice water can be a way of redirecting by forcing your body to top a kind of reset of your parasympathetic nervous system, so I’m going to try it,” she added, with a fingers crossed emoji.
The far-left congresswoman was seen in her kitchen in front of a bowl of water that she claimed had ice in it and her boyfriend Riley Roberts was filming.
“It gave me a brain freeze,” said Ocasio-Cortez after removing her face. “But I must say it worked! Turns out dunking your head into freezing cold ice water is a pretty good way to redirect. Hope this helps someone!”

It has been presumed that AOC’s week has been stressful after she dealt with the blowback for claiming that Fox News host Tucker Carlson was harassing her.
The Fox News host said a new book about AOC was a “book-length suck up” by the editors of New York Magazine.
“I genuinely want to know why Tucker Carlson is allowed/paid to engage in clear, targeted, libelous harassment that endangers people &drives so many violent threats that people have to fundraise for their own safety [sic],” AOC posted on twitter. “Why should they have to pay for his harassment? Make it make sense.”
However, move over Riley because if we use AOC’s own logic her anger toward Tucker means she just wants to date him.
