After Biden’s Weak Russia Response – Putin Ratchets Up Troop Movement, Could Launch Full Invasion

What’s Happening:

Russia defied the international community this week when it sent troops into Ukraine. Biden’s response was far from effective. His “swift and severe” sanctions were no more than slaps on a wrist. In fact, they do more to hurt Americans at the gas pump than deter Putin’s ambitions.

And it seems Russia is already upping their game, as massive cyber attacks take down Ukraine’s government servers.

From Fox News:

Mykhailo Fedorov, Ukraine’s Minister of Digital Transformation, says ongoing disruptions of government websites are the result of a “new mass distributed denial-of-service attack,” according to Fox News staff on the ground in Ukraine.

Biden, of course, is sleeping. Now things are set to get even worse as word comes Russia is ready for a full invasion.

From Newsweek:

“The President of Ukraine has been warned Russia will highly likely begin an invasion within 48 hours based on U.S. intelligence,” a U.S. official with direct knowledge told Newsweek.

So much for a “minor incursion,” eh Joe? Because of Biden’s weakness and refusal to stand up to Putin, Russia is amping up its attacks on Ukraine. They apparently have launched a DDOS attack against the Ukrainian government and military networks, so that they struggle to communicate or coordinate.

Now, the word is going around that in just two years, Russia could launch a full-fledged invasion of the foreign land. And what is Joe doing about it? This is a violation of Ukraine’s sovereignty, government, and citizens. Russia’s invasion could cost countless lives and plunge multiple countries into chaos.

Worse still, if Putin is successful at holding Ukraine, all of Europe will be at risk. A former ally will now be an advantageous position for a power-hungry dictator. This is something that could have been avoided if Biden acted properly. But his failed administration had no clue how to handle Putin, despite Democrats—for years—complaining that he was a threat.

It’s pretty sad that, with all the resources in the world available to him, Biden couldn’t come up with a better plan. His administration scrambled as Putin amassed a force along the Ukraine border. Why didn’t we take a strong position? Why didn’t we show Putin who’s boss?

Perhaps because Biden really isn’t the boss?

Key Takeaways:

  • A DDOS attack has taken down Ukraine’s government servers.
  • Reports indicate Russia could launch a full-scale attack in 48 hours.
  • Biden’s administration’s response has done nothing to thwart him.
