Today, we’re diving into the latest ABC News updates on Trump’s legal proceedings. Jury selection is complete, but one of Trump’s spokeswomen made some serious claims.
The news broke after one juror had to step down after her public information was released. Both parties didn’t object to her leaving. Then, the spotlight moved onto another juror, number four, who we previously reported was dismissed and has given an interview.
Herson Cabreras’ said that the entire experience made him upset and said Judge Merchan was a “cowardly judge” to let the prosecution drag him through the mud. “I feel sorry for the other jurors,” he said, expressing concern about other jurors potentially being dragged into the center of a fiercely contested legal battle. “Because if the way they treated me is any indication of how they’re going to treat other potential jurors, then I feel sorry for them.” Cabrera said that when push comes to shove, “they did me a favor.”
Alina Habba, Trump’s legal spokeswoman, first comments on the one juror that was dismissed after admitting they couldn’t remain impartial.

Habba then made a huge statement stating that Biden Campaign Employees were present during jury selection in the E. Jean Carroll case. She went further to suggest Biden staffers could have been included on the NY Criminal Trial jury. Why? Because, according to her, the judge removed questions that could have ruled them out.
