For the Biden administration, April 18th, 2022 was a terrible day. Even more humiliating than watching the President’s behavior during the Easter Egg Roll at the White House was his humiliating loss in court.
For those who missed it, the President of the United States of America was saved from complete embarrassment by the Easter Bunny while saying something about Afghanistan.

If it wasn’t so funny it would be sad, the entire event was marred with Joe Biden missteps.

What was most embarrassing was that on the same day a federal judge in Florida abolished the national mask law for flights and public transportation.
US District Judge Kathryn Kimball Mizelle in Tampa, Florida, ruled on April 18, 2022, that the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention had failed to provide adequate justification for the mandate and had implemented the rule without following proper procedures.
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recently extended the mandate until May 3, causing consternation among US airline companies, who claim they no longer believe the regulation is required.
The court also concluded that the CDC’s requirement (as well as the rent embargo) “exceeds the CDC’s legislative power and breaches the procedures necessary for agency rulemaking under the Administrative Procedures Act” (APA).
In a statement released by Brant Hadaway, the attorney who filed the action, said, “The court agreed that the Centers for Disease Control overstepped its legislative power when it forced every person who enters a passenger conveyance or transport hub to wear a mask.”
Biden’s agenda has been determined to be “unlawful” time and time again by the courts.
Not only is Biden illegal, but he is also incompetent in his position.
