It appears that riot season is coming back after far-left activists, including Antifa and BLM protested in Pennsylvania and Michigan.
Protesters in Pennsylvania were demanding “justice” for Jim Rogers, who was a homeless man that was died in Police custody after being Tased.
Initially, the march was peaceful for about an hour then things escalated. When the group marched into Wilkinsburg they blocked the busy intersection of Penn and Center Avenue. Police ordered them to stop blocking the street but the group refused. After protestors ignored several warnings police moved in and one protestor got more than he bargained for after ignoring a police order.
As police moved in to arrest a protestor blocking traffic another protest tried to intervene pushing and attacking the officer. That was when the officer defended himself and laid the violent rioter got more than he bargained for.

The person who attempted to attack the officer as well as two others were arrested by police.
It has been alledged that the BLM protestor arrested is Vuestro Merced and claims to be an exercise instructor (this is not a joke)…

There were also violent protests in Michigan in response to a Kid Rock concert and the death of Patrick Lyoya who was shot by police.

According to independent journalist Andy Ngo, members of Antifa were present and upset that one of the protestors was de-escalating trying to keep things peaceful.
