Ex-Cop Dad Of 14-Year-Old TikTok Star Shoots, Kills Stalker Armed with Shotgun, Goes Free

Frequently, the progressive ideology pushes to squash self-defense. The liberal media’s insane rhetoric over the Kyle Rittenhouse trial is a case in point. There are thousands of emotionally unstable people walking around. Many are dangerous.

Sane, law-abiding citizens should have the right to defend themselves. Kyle Rittenhouse did. The jury rightfully thought so as well. Rittenhouse was acquitted of all charges. Likewise, a Florida man was compelled to stand up against a threat to himself and his family.

Rob Majury is a retired police officer who lives in Naples, Florida. But Majury is otherwise an unassuming man who loves his family. The former police officer has three children; two sons, Evan and Logan, and a 14-year-old daughter named Ava.

Ava Majury is a TikTok sensation. She has excited thousands of followers with her artfully crafted dances, eloquent songs, and the occasional funny prank. Understandably, Ava was popular. However, that popularity turned into an obsession.

Eric Rohan Justin, an 18-year-old from Elliot City, Maryland, began to stalk Ava online. He followed her around in cyberspace on Instagram and Snapchat. Justin even tried to infiltrate online games that Ava enjoyed. Ava felt Justin’s attraction was innocent enough.

However, she later discovered that he’d purchased personal contact information of hers from friends. Justin started to call and text Ava without her permission. Someone should have noticed the next red flag. Justin paid upwards of $368 for pictures of Ava.

Ava’s parents didn’t think anything about it either. They allowed her to sell a few selfie portraits to Justin. Eventually, Ava’s father became increasingly more uncomfortable with the situation. He sent a text to Justin’s number.

Rob Majury informed Justin that his daughter was a minor. He insisted that Justin stop making contact with her. Well, it seems Justin had something else in mind. He showed up at the Majury home.

Justin had a shotgun. He blew open the front door of the home. Rob Majury tried to apprehend Justin, but he fell down while giving chase. They thought Justin had gotten away and probably wouldn’t come back.

They were wrong. Justin came back again, still waving a shotgun in frantic insanity. To defend both himself and his family, Rob Majury shot and killed Justin. It was clearly self-defense. In Florida, thankfully, the law supports obvious defenses of one’s person.

Majury was not charged with a crime. Florida has the “Stand Your Ground Law,” which protects innocent citizens who must defend themselves. When Justin’s cellphone was searched, he had thousands of pictures of Ava. He clearly suffered from serious mental health issues.

His pattern of behavior was that of a potentially dangerous psychotic stalker. No one is happy that a young man is dead. However, it’s refreshing that a state law prevented a distraught family from suffering through an unnecessary ordeal.
